Only one and a half hours' drive from Cape Town, this picturesque village has lots to offer if you need a break from city life. Greyton is best explored on foot or bicycle, ensuring you experience the best of the oak trees, leafy lanes and breathtaking mountain views.
Blue Gum Cottage is very centrally located and is newly built. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four adults and two children and comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft room, a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en-suite. The second bedroom contains twin single beds and a shower en-suite, and the loft room contains a double mattress and is ideal for children. In addition, there is also a separate guest toilet, and linen and bath towels are provided.
Blue Gum offers brand new, fresh and comfortable minimalistic furnishings. The country kitchen is small but fully equipped with a medium-size fridge, full stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. The comfortable lounge and dining area includes a six-seater dining table and a fireplace, and the house also has an outside braai area with Weber braai facilities and is surrounded by a big garden which will be established by next summer. This quaint cottage is the ideal weekend get-away.
