Struisbaai is a quaint coastal town with a mix of permanent residents and holiday homes. It has the longest stretch of white sand beach in the Southern Hemisphere. The town is based on the southernmost tip of Africa, which is renowned to be one of the best whale-watching sites in the world and has the highest concentration of southern right whales.
The house is neat and practical consisting of three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large open-plan living area with a bar. There is a large deck with seaviews, a double lock-up garage and a brick parking area with space for a boat. Pets are most welcome on request. There are modern conveniences available such as underfloor heating, laundry facilities, a dishwasher and braai facilities. Guests can bring their own smart card for DStv access. The garden is completely enclosed with a six-foot wall, making it ideal for dogs.
Struisbaai House was built in 1991 and is one of the original houses along Ocean View Drive. The street offers some of the best views of the sea and surrounds. Struisbaai is only 200 km from Cape Town and is en route to the Garden Route and the famous Route 62.
